Exchange Policy

At Walkencia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. An exchange is applicable in the following cases:

• The product you received is damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• There is a size issue.
• You would like to exchange the product for a different colour or another product.

Important Note

The product being exchanged must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It must also be returned with its original packaging. Any signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may result in your exchange request being declined.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Clearance / Sale Items

Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or marked as Sale/Discounted Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Free delivery is also not applicable on clearance or sale items.

Shipping

For a return or exchange, you will need to courier the product to the Walkencia store/warehouse address provided by our team.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

For exchanges, delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the requested size, colour, or product.

Walkencia’s Rights

Walkencia reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions or for any other reasonable cause determined by Walkencia.
